Anything THIS green and you have to get suspicious of it…
Ok wait wait, that would of been the old me. I used to be a straight up meat, potatoes and heavy lifting kind of guy who ate a shit ton of protein powder and only focused on Macros and increasing his bench press. But as my life got much much busier, as business took off, as I began having people relying on me more and more and as I evolved as a human being so did my eating / training style.
Now don’t get me wrong – humans were healthy and happy way before all the hippie stuff like ‘green juices’, but we also didn’t have all the stress, poisoned foods and totally unhealthy and unnatural sitting positions, not to mention the lack of exercise we get as a species today.
So if I can pack a whole bunch of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants early in the morning I will.
#StayStrong out there and kill it for me!
